There is a genre of photography I love and highly doubt I'll be able to participate in, and that is arial landscapes. When I worked in a gallery in college one of the shows that came through featured this style and I was awestruck. The patterns etched in the earth, similar themes of repetition etched in various landscapes, are somehow zen like. Like the sum meaning of everything can be seen so clear if we just were to take a step back... or ... up.
